Banoffee pie (American pie with bananas and dulce de leche)
I recently watched a banoffee pie on a program and I just had to try it. I dreamed at night of making banoffee and when I need to try it I wake up. I decided to make it and shorten my toil in imagining its taste. I can tell you it’s delicious as if it’s from a dream. Be sure to try :)

Preparation steps
- First we start preparing dulce de leche. So we first clean the cans of condensed milk from the labels and cook for between 2.5 to 3 hours. I cooked for 3 hours. We have to make sure that our cans are always covered with water. The longer we cook, the thicker the lentils will be. After the dulce is cooked, leave it to cool.
- While the dulce de leche is cooking, we prepare the crust. Grind the digestive biscuits and mix with the butter until you get a compact mixture which you arrange in a pie mold on the bottom and sides. Bake at 175 degrees for 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
- When everything has cooled, we put dulce de leche over the crust.
- Cut three bananas into rings and arrange over the cream.
- Coat the whipped cream over the bananas and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
- Bon appetit :)
