Banini

Although the search shows a lot of banini recipes and I will place my recipe in the mass :) in essence, they are all similar, so maybe someone will like mine too! ;)

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the eggs together with the sugar, add the oil and vanilla sugar, equalize the mass. Add the flour and baking powder. And knead the dough (the flour is needed so much that it starts to separate from the hand)
  • Tear the dough and make smaller balls and arrange in a baking tray. (they should be separated from each other a bit because they spread when baked) Then make a recess in the middle of the ball (you can also use a wooden spoon) and fill with your favorite jam. When you have filled them a little from the sides press them so that the balls go "up"
  • Put it to bake in a well-heated oven for about 7 minutes, I preheat the oven to 200 * C and bake the banina at that temperature, it is important that you just catch the crust and it will be a little softer when you take them out, but when cooling they will harden and be great! ;)

Serving

It can be served immediately, they are ready in an hour of work, there doesn't have to be 5 eggs, that's the measure I make, it matters how many eggs have as much sugar and oil.
