Banini
I know there are recipes for Banini here, but here's mine. I think they are delicious and beautiful.
Preparation steps
- Beat the eggs first, add sugar and vanilla sugar, then add oil, half a baking powder, flour and grated peel of half a lemon. I make them with 4 cups of flour and 2 cups of walnuts. I think they are nicer and softer that way.
- Take a little dough, make balls. A hole is made in the middle with a welder, and it is filled with jam. Stir two tablespoons of jam with a little lemon juice to make it easier to fill the holes.
- Bake a dozen nuts at 180 degrees. Simple, and very tasty.
- If the dough sticks by accident, then the hands are rubbed with flour.
