Bananas with mustard
I ate this dish for the first time with my friend, from whom I took the recipe delighted and fascinated by the brand new banana outfit.
Preparation steps
- Peel a banana, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Melt the butter in a pan and bake the bananas at a medium temperature for about 3 minutes. on each side.
- Coat the slices of pressed ham on one side with mustard and wrap the bananas. And slowly lower them into a refractory dish that we previously greased.
- Sprinkle the bananas with grated cheese on top, and place the bananas prepared in this way in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes. at a temperature of 200C.
Serving
Bananas prepared in this way can be served as an appetizer with toast or bread fingers (bread cut into sticks, dried and toasted in butter), or as a main dish with mashed potatoes.
