Banana roll
I tried a few recipes, but this one turned out to be the best. It tastes really nice to me, it’s easy to prepare, cuts great and can be made much, much earlier than you need. Let me mention, this is a double mix, because one immediately goes to my niece who adores it :)
Preparation steps
- Put biscuits, nuts, margarine and room temperature butter and melted chocolate in a bowl. Put sugar in hot milk to dissolve at least a little (I sometimes skip this step, the sugar is felt under the teeth only the first day, later not). Pour hot milk over all ingredients and mix well. The mixture must be thick, firm but lubricating.
- Put a sheet of wafer between a damp cloth to loosen, so that it can be "rolled". Spread a quarter of the mixture, put 4 banana bananas and then a little more cream over them, so that no holes remain (see picture).
- Roll the roll, make sure that the filling does not leak, if it falls out, clean it with a spatula to make it tidy, which is also important when cutting.
- He will squeeze the rolls with his hands a little longer along that way, forming as perfect a circle as possible. Wrap in foil and smooth again with your fingers. Store in the refrigerator, the part where the roll is assembled facing down.
