Banana Plasma Cake
Very easy to make, I have had a recipe for the crust for a long time (from coconut bajadera), I just continued with the intention of making the cake as delicious as the cakes! I have long wanted to try a combination of flavors in one cake: Coconut, banana, cinnamon and puuuno chocolate =) Un peu d’improvisation et Voila!
Preparation steps
- Bark: Pour water (or juice) and sugar into the sieve. Add margarine. When it boils, remove from the heat and pour into a deep bowl. Add coconut and ground biscuits. Combine the ingredients and apply the mixture to the cake pan. Place the mold in the refrigerator.
- Phil 1: Boil chocolate pudding in half a liter of milk (as pudding is usually made). Add 2-3 teaspoons of cocoa and a little sugar to taste to the hot pudding. Take out the mold and pour the pudding over the crust. Place the mold in the refrigerator to allow the pudding to set. Chop bananas and mix with cinnamon and a little sugar with a spoon. Put the bananas on the cake (on top of the pudding) while the mold is still in the fridge.
- Filling 2: Make a whipped cream and add a little vanilla sugar. Put whipped cream over the peel / pudding / banana as in the picture.
- Melt the chocolate on a steamer. Add a little oil to give the chocolate a shine. Decorate as you wish!
- Bon Appetit!
