Banacoko cake
Cake with banana, nutella, walnuts… covered with irresistible cream ..
Preparation steps
- Stir in flour, baking powder and salt and add brown sugar and cocoa
- Add egg, honey, milk, oil, chopped walnuts, mashed bananas and vanilla extract and whisk nicely
- Pour into an oiled mold and bake at 160 degrees for about an hour and a half (check with a toothpick)
- When the cake cools down, cut it in half and coat both sides with nutella
- Arrange the bottom side with the banana circles and fold with the other half
- Coat the cake with cream and decorate as desired
