Banacoko cake

Cake with banana, nutella, walnuts… covered with irresistible cream ..

Preparation steps

  • Stir in flour, baking powder and salt and add brown sugar and cocoa
  • Add egg, honey, milk, oil, chopped walnuts, mashed bananas and vanilla extract and whisk nicely
  • Pour into an oiled mold and bake at 160 degrees for about an hour and a half (check with a toothpick)
  • When the cake cools down, cut it in half and coat both sides with nutella
  • Arrange the bottom side with the banana circles and fold with the other half
  • Coat the cake with cream and decorate as desired
