Balloon donuts
These donuts are our favorite for breakfast. They taste perfect. And they are called balloons, because they are hollow inside like balloons.
Preparation steps
- Put sugar, yeast and a teaspoon of flour in a bowl. Stir, then let the yeast foam. Melt the butter and leave to cool.
- In a bowl in which you will knead, sift the flour. Add salt. Stir. Add the eggs and sour cream. Immediately add the remaining yeast. Now start mixing with a wooden spoon as long as you can. for hands.
- Coat the dough with a little oil, cover with transparent cellophane and a clean cotton cloth. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough, transfer it to a floured work table. Sprinkle a little more flour on the dough so that it doesn't stick to you. Spread the dough 1 cm thick with a rolling pin. Let it rise for another 10 minutes.
- Then take out the circles with a glass.
- Do so with all the test as you consume it. That way, they are still growing.
- When you are done with all the dough, then pour the oil into the pan. Put the oil around one finger. When the oil has warmed up, put the donuts to fry.
- When they are well fried on one side, turn them on the other side. In this way they inflate well.
- Finished donuts, cut hi first on a paper towel, then serve while still warm.

Serving
Serve with ajvar, dried meat, cheese, yogurt ... as soon as you like. It also goes well with lino lado, jam ....
