Baklava cigarette

baklava lovers will not be left indifferent!

Preparation steps

  • Put ground walnuts, vanilla sugar, 4 tablespoons of sugar and semolina in a bowl. Add 100 ml of oil, if desired, and the juice of 1 lemon or a little water, and mix everything well. Place 1 crust on the worktop, sprinkle with a little oil in which we have dissolved a piece of butter (dissolve a piece of butter in 100 ml of oil), and cover with another crust. We put walnut stuffing at one end and roll it. Put the "roll" prepared in this way in a greased pan. Prepare the other crusts in the same way, until the ingredients are used up. Cut the baklava, pour over the heated oil (about 100 ml), then put it to bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Pour water and sugar into the sherpa, add vanilla sugar and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Then remove the dressing from the heat and leave to cool. Pour the cooled topping over the warm baklava. Serve when the baklava absorbs the topping.
