Baked Zucchini, Bacon and Tomato Frittata (frittata with zucchini, bacon and tomatoes)

Another frittata ... much better and tastier when cooled nicely.

Preparation steps

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C ... Line a 16x26cm mold / baking tray with baking paper. Put completely lightly beaten eggs in a bowl, add flour and mix lightly; add chopped spring onions, bacon, speck or ham to thinly sliced slices (or without naraFski). Bacon or whatever you already have should be in thin slices or noodles, add grated or sliced zucchini and milk. Add salt and steam and add half the amount of cheese and mix everything (it is not necessary to mix much). Pour the mixture into a lined pan, arrange the sliced tomatoes on top, gently pushing them into the mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  • Place in the oven for some 20-25 minutes. When baked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot or cold; to me personally much more suits the cold with lettuce.
  • Good apetite :)
