Baked tulumbe
and tulumbice!
Preparation steps
- First boil the syrup, then leave to cool! Then pour water, oil, salt, sugar, and when it boils, remove from the heat. Add flour and baking powder, and mix well.
- When it cools, add one egg at a time. Pour the mixture into a syringe, then squeeze the tulumbe and tulumbice into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes (DO NOT open the oven during baking)! remove from the oven, then serve directly into the cold syrup.
- Gently turn them into syrup, then immediately take them out of the pan with a slotted spoon. Prepare the other parties in the same way, until you use up the ingredients!
- When all the tubs are baked, pour the rest of the syrup over! Cool well, then serve!
