Baked squid (baked in the oven)

Preparation steps
- Cut the squid into rings, and peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put the squid and potatoes all together in a bowl, and add the other ingredients, finally pour plenty of olive oil and mix well.
- Make a special sauce, which is later poured over the squid.
- Put the squid with potatoes in a pan, then pour the sauce over the squid. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, and place in a preheated oven at 200 C. After 60 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, and bake for another 15 minutes.
