Baked oyster mushrooms with cheese
Or a complex of oyster mushrooms. It can be served as a standalone dish (it is quite filling) or as a side dish. We were thrilled by this fast, juicy dish, so try it too :)
Preparation steps
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Wash the oyster mushrooms under a stream of cold water, clean them (cut off the stalks if they are too thick) and cut them into slices. Finely chop the onion and garlic (or squeeze it). Chop the peppers into shorter strips.
- Fry onion and garlic in a little butter. Add chopped peppers and oyster mushrooms. Simmer until the vegetables are soft and all the liquid has evaporated. Season to taste. Beat 1 egg, add sour cream and season.
- Coat the refractory dish with a little butter. Arrange boiled eggs sliced flat on the bottom. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the eggs. Put all the stewed vegetables on the cheese. Pour over the sour cream mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake until browned (for me it is any 15-20 min).
Serving
I found the recipe on the flyer of our oyster growers. It can also be used with other types of mushrooms.
