Baked meatballs with potatoes

And again a suggestion for the main course. Meatballs, but a little different. The recipe comes from Saudi Arabia and is full of spices

Preparation steps

  • Put meat, butter, onion, pepper, salt, cumin, cinnamon, coriander and garlic in a deeper bowl, and mix everything well to combine the ingredients. Make meatballs the size you want.
  • Put tomato paste, lemon juice and water in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Put meatballs in a round refractory bowl, and put a roll of potatoes between each piece. Pour the prepared tomato puree sauce on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about an hour, or until the potatoes are soft.
