Baked macaroni and cauliflower with cheese -Jamie Oliver

I love his dishes

Preparation steps

  • In a refractory bowl or protvan in which you will bake the macaroni and cauliflower, place the bacon in the oven to fry.
  • Put the cauliflower and macaroni to cook together in hot salted water. When it boils, cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain, but not completely, and save some of the water in which it was cooked.
  • Put bacon, bread, a little olive oil in the multipractice, he put thyme and some other herbs I had nothing but parsley. Grind everything together and the stacking work begins.
  • In a refractory bowl in which you baked the bacon, put the cauliflower and macaroni (do it all hot) and grind the cauliflower a little so that there are no oversized pieces that boil, add grated cheese and mileram and the water in which it was cooked to combine. Water as needed, not too much. Stir everything well so that the mileram and siir get to everything.
  • Sprinkle the top with those crumbs of bread and baked bacon and place in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. When the crust is finely browned the dish is done.
  • He made that dish in 30 minutes so I think it’s really simple and very tasty.

Juicy bread

If you love bread so much that you want to make it the main dish, be sure to try this "concrete", dry meat, cheese and eggs refined roll. We especially recommend it in the spring (maybe for Easter!), When we can serve it with horseradish and spring onions.

Lasagna with mussels and shrimp

For revenge on all the annoying lasagna with meat, cheese or vegetables, reciprocate with a Mediterranean version stuffed with shellfish and shrimp. Decorate them with sprigs of daisies, herbs with a sweet taste and anise-like scent.

Liptovski pillows

Slovaks really know how to prepare wonderful dishes with butter, cow's and sheep's cheese. Their soft sheep cheese bryndza is extremely prized, and is excellent as an appetizer, with hallucas and pies.
