The recipe came to me orally through my sister and I thought that there was a recipe here too, but it seems that it doesn't exist, that is, there is something similar, but in the end this is something different again .... , try it and make sure that these cartilages are like sweet almond-flavored chips. Excess egg whites do not hurt your head because you do not need egg yolks.

Preparation steps

  • Beat the egg whites in the snow and slowly add powdered sugar, add flour and almonds by hand and combine everything with a food processor. In a greased and lightly floured venison loin mold, shake the mixture, flatten and place in a preheated oven at 180c-200c for about 30 mins (depending on the oven, until the surface of the cake turns golden yellow, try a toothpick)
  • Cool the cake, shake it out of the mold and let it cool completely. You will need a meat slicer on which you will cut the cake into thin fetishes (you can also use an electric knife if you have one, it is important that the fetishes are thin.) Arrange them on the baking paper you put in the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180c. golden yellow (5-8 min, be careful not to burn). They will eventually be crispy like sweet almond-flavored chips. Voila, that's it, pleasure guaranteed. You are free to reduce sugar by 50g.
