Avocado pate with tuna
and cream cheese
Preparation steps
- Cut the avocado, remove the stone and scrape the avocado flesh with a spoon into a deeper mixing bowl with a stick mixer, add the drained tuna, finely chopped onion, yoghurt and oil. Chop with a stick mixer. Add cream cheese, mustard and spices to the mixed mixture and mix everything well.
Serving
Cool well and spread on some fine homemade bread.
