Avocado hummus and pizza twist

Preparation steps

  • Put chickpeas (drained and washed) in a multipractice, add ripe, chopped, peeled avocado, tahini paste (fried and ground sesame with a little olive oil), lemon juice, olive oil, garlic. Optional. Transfer to a bowl, pour over good olive oil and sprinkle with ground pepper.
  • Pizza twist: Make strips and cut them to be all the same size.
  • Tie the ends of each strip tightly.
  • Roll as in the picture.
  • Place the bundles on a baking sheet. Coat them with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and steam. Let them rise for ten minutes. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200C / 15-20min.
