Asian pasta with sweet and sour sauce

As you already know, Lidl has an Asian week every now and then, so I decided to try some sauces and pasta. This is really a very tasty and special dish, so I recommend that the next time Lidl has that action, you go and buy all the necessary groceries so you can try something new and enjoy the good flavors!

Preparation steps

  • Wash zucchini and peppers and cut them into cubes. Place in a wok pan on heated oil and fry. Put boiling pasta water in the pot. When the zucchini are half done add the meat you also cut into cubes, wok seasoning, salt and chili. When the meat is cooked, add the Ajam pangang sauce and let it boil. In the meantime, the pasta is ready. Serve by first placing the pasta on a plate and then pouring the sweet and sour sauce over it. Good apetite!
