Preparation steps

  • Grate the pumpkin on a grater (it cooks faster) or cut into small cubes. Add some sugar and boil, if necessary, a little water, add apricots, the rest of the sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Cook. Finally add the jelly and cook for a few more minutes. Pour into warm jars, cover and allow to cool. Then save with the rest of the winter.
