Apple & quince strudel

I tucked my two favorite fruits a little differently but also very tasty.

Preparation steps

  • Peel a quince, grate it and grate it. Peel an apple, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Mix together and drizzle with lemon juice, then add honey and cinnamon. Stir well once more. If the apples are very juicy, add a little more pretzels.
  • Brush the strudel crust with a little oil, then put another crust on it, which you will sprinkle with a few bread crumbs and evenly distribute the filling on two thirds of the crust and roll into thin strudels. Repeat until you have used up all the crust and stuffing.
  • Put greaseproof paper in a suitable baking dish and stack the finished strudels, then brush them with a little oil and sprinkle with mineral water. Place in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes, i.e. until they get a nice yellow color.
