Apple pie or Russian charlotte

I read somewhere that apple cakes are never enough - I totally agree! This way of preparing the pie is very simple, with a minimum of dirty dishes afterwards - sometimes it means a lot.

Preparation steps

  • If the apples are large - enough three, medium - 4 apples. Clean, cut into slices. You can switch on the oven immediately.
  • Grease a baking sheet (22/30) with butter, a little crumb so that the dough does not stick. Arrange sliced ​​apples and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  • In the same bowl I put eggs and a glass of sugar (a glass of 250 gr). Mix well so that the eggs turn white and the volume is doubled.
  • Add flour with baking powder twice and mix.
  • Dough sprinkled on apples.
  • Put the tin in a heated 180st. oven for 20-25 min.
  • Take out the tin with the pie and turn on the board. Carefully lift the sheet metal.
  • Cut the pie into cubes. Bon appetit!
