Apple and honey cake with buckwheat flour

Today is a rainy day ideal for preparing cakes .. :) and leafing through my recipes, I came across this one, with buckwheat flour, walnuts, apple, honey, .. you will see the rest in the ingredients ... :) Delis from cakes! :)

Preparation steps

  • Knead butter, honey, add one egg at a time, then add the apple puree, and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add a tablespoon, buckwheat flour, thickener, and baking soda, then add the walnuts, and finally add the grated apple.
  • Pour the mixture into greased bowls, or one tray ... (I put in 6 mini tart bowls) ..
  • To sprinkle over the cake, mix butter, powdered sugar, flour, oatmeal, all together and make a sandy mixture, sprinkle over the dough, and add some more oatmeal, then place in a preheated oven, at 180 ° C, for 40 minutes!

Serving

Serve a little or cold, I poured a little more with apple puree before serving, to make the delicacy more complete! :)
