Apple and chokeberry jam or just apples
An apple is always available and healthy. This is a jam for pies, for bread or as a dessert with nothing!
Preparation steps
- Peel an apple. It is not obligatory, but it is simpler. If the peel remains, the cooked apples must be mashed on a tomato grater / Cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl, pour a little water under the apples, can a little sugar and cinnamon, so that the remaining juice is easy to drink, and cook everything, about 20 min. that everything is soft. Aronia is cooked together with apples if added.
- Chop the apples into a porridge with a stick mixer. Put a bowl with apples on the fire, add sugar, rum, jelly, lemon and boil everything, when it boils to the desired density, about 10 minutes. Put in sterilized bottles and close.
