Applause cake
a very nice, decorative, juicy cake, which I especially like, because neither the biscuit nor the topping goes into the famous butter or margarine, and you will admit that there is no dessert in which it does not "play a major role";))
Preparation steps
- first prepare the biscuit dough lightly and carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, then from the egg whites with a little salt or a few drops of lemon juice, mix the solid snow and leave it in the fridge until use.
- egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix to become frothy, then add oil, milk, and flour mixed with baking powder.
- in a small baking dish, bake well with oil and sprinkle with flour, pour the biscuit dough, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 30 minutes
- meanwhile while the biscuit is baking, prepare the sugar topping-syrup, mix all the ingredients, stir, then when the mixture boils, reduce the temperature and cook for 2-3 minutes, to make the topping stick together and not form lumps.
- the finished baked biscuit, take it out of the oven, immediately cut with a heated knife blade to the desired shapes and gradually pour the cake, lightly, when it absorbs one part, then lightly, pour the other part of the topping and so on until you use it. (this is very important for emphasize)!
Serving
garnish it richly with grated chocolate and leave to cool completely, then enjoy the sweet snacks of this juicy chocolate chip cookie!
