..quick dessert..with fresh figs..Ice cream and icing…

Preparation steps

  • Carefully cut the figs into slices with a sharp knife, sprinkle with maraschino and let them soak.
  • Coat the cooled glasses with slices of figs, fill them with hazelnut ice cream,
  • garnish with whipped sweet cream, coarsely chopped walnuts and serve.

Serving

..the same way can be done with other seasonal fruits… peaches… ... grapes… of your choice….
