Apfelsauerkraut
Fried cabbage with apple, beer and sausages. Mjac.
Preparation steps
- Coarsely chop the onion and fry with olive oil. When softened, add apple juice, drained cabbage, salt and pepper. After half an hour of cooking, add beer and sour cream mixed with starch flour. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, then add carrots and apples. This should all be cooked briefly, about 5 minutes.
- When everything is done, transfer the mixture with cabbage to a deep baking dish, arrange the bacon and sausages on top and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180C.
