Simple and much tastier than shopping…
Preparation steps
- Knead all the ingredients until the dough is soft, then put it in a meat grinder that has an additive, say a mold, and take out the dough about 5-6 cm long, add it, arrange the biscuits in a baking tray and bake at 200 c until it gets a light color. just not to be white. You can also shape it by hand, but it doesn't turn out to be such a nice cookie.
- It is better when fat is put in the dough.
- I always make a double measure because they lubricate quickly.
