A wonderful roll, decorative and delicious…

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the egg whites and sugar with a mixer, add the egg yolks one by one. When the mixture is even, add flour, ground walnuts and cocoa. Combine the ingredients with a spoon. Bake the dough in a pan lined with baking paper, for about 15 minutes at 180 C.
  • Let's prepare another filling. Put 300 ml of milk to boil, and add 5 teaspoons of sugar. Add 2 egg yolks and 5 teaspoons of sharp flour to the remaining milk. When the milk boils add this mixture while stirring constantly. When the cream gets the required density, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  • Let's prepare the first filling. Mix 2 egg yolks, butter and 200 g of ground powdered sugar with a mixer.
  • Let's prepare the third filling. Melt the chocolate on a steamer. Put the plasma biscuit in a plastic bowl and pour over the orange juice. Add the melted chocolate and combine the ingredients.
  • Add half of the first filling to the cooled second filling and combine with a mixer. In a bowl with the third filling, add the remaining half of the first and combine with a mixer.
  • Spread the biscuit with yellow filling and place the plasma biscuit filling on one end. Using paper, wrap the filled biscuit in a roll. Let cool and set.

Serving

There is more sugar in the original recipe, I reduced it and so I wrote to you, I think it is sweet enough and I put less butter than it says in the original recipe. I think it's so clean ok :)
