Amaretto orange cookies
I'm stingy when it comes to drinks (bottles of drinks: D) that I collect because of the look, but as soon as I got another bottle of Amaretto, I opened it without thinking and first he went to smileinepuslice and now to these super fine cookies with the addition of a crust oranges ... Enjoy :)
Preparation steps
- Chop the butter and mix well with your hands with sugar until you get a nice mixture. Then add the liqueur, and then the flour together with a little salt and baking powder. Knead everything well until the shadows get a uniform mixture, then add the grated orange peel and mix everything once more.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Take the cooled dough out of the fridge and place it on a floured table. Flour it over and "knead" a little more. Take a little and make balls about the size of a walnut, and maybe a little smaller.
- Bake in a baking tray lined with baking paper for 20 minutes at 170C.
- You can sprinkle the cookies with larger pieces of chocolate or finely chopped almonds before baking.
- Sprinkle the baked biscuits with powdered sugar.
