Preparation steps
- Butter should be at room temperature, as soft as possible.
- Sift the flour, mix all the dry ingredients in it, mix in the beaten egg and butter.
- From the dough, make several small rolls that should be wrapped in foil (each separately), put in the freezer for 1/2 hour, later transfer to the refrigerator
- Cut each roll with a thread into small plates, fold on greaseproof paper and bake at 200 * c until they get a light yellowish color. And so each roll until you use them up.
Serving
Crispy, who likes, can dip them halfway in melted chocolate or combine with your favorite jam…
