Alibaba delicious kale in cream
I've never really liked kale too much, except in a few dry ways, but I've found that they go well with sauces made from, for example, cream

Preparation steps
- In a bowl of water in which you put the cardamom seeds, put the chicken stock or cube
- When the water boils, add the cleaned kale, which you have cut into smaller pieces
- Cook until the kale softens, then remove
- In a bowl, mix the cream with the milk until you get a uniform mass
- Put the butter in a special bowl (pan) and when it melts, add the chopped garlic
- When the garlic releases the smell, add the cream and milk mixture, let it all soak
- Add turmeric, salt, pepper and simmer for about a few minutes on low heat
- Towards the end, add parsley and lemon juice
- Serve the kale in a plate and pour over the sauce

You can eat this dish without side dishes or with boiled potatoes (optional)
