Alexander cake
DOES THIS CAKE BE INVENTED BY SOME ALEXANDER, OR IS IT DEDICATED TO SOME BEAUTIFUL ALEXANDER - I DON'T KNOW. I HAVE HAD IT FOR A LONG YEAR UNDER THIS NAME AND I DIDN'T WANT TO CHANGE IT. AND I HAVE ONLY NOW BEEN ABLE TO INSERT PICTURES.
Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, add the chopped and ground walnuts, then one tablespoon of ground biscuits. Divide this mass into 4 equal parts, then bake each part separately at 220 degrees.
- Filling: Whip the sour cream with sugar, add the gelatin melted according to the instructions on the cake, whipped egg yolks and milk. Divide the mass into 3 parts.
- Part 1 - leave it as it is. 2nd part-add melted chocolate. 3rd part - a little cherry juice (or a little sweet cherry juice - a couple of spoons, to taste)
- Fill: crust + brown filling + crust + white filling + crust + cherry filling + crust. Decorate the whole cake with sweet sour cream or icing, decorate it as desired.
- If you don't have sweet cherries, rise one salt of sugar from a little water, then add thawed and drained cherries, then cook as for sweet. When it cools down, add the desired amount of filling. That's what I did.
