After eight cake
The cake is very easy to make and has a very pleasant and refreshing taste.
Preparation steps
- In the evening, heat the sweet sour cream over a low heat and carefully melt the after eight chocolates in it. Sour cream must not boil. Leave to cool well in the fridge overnight. This achieves an intense taste.
- Bake 2 crusts. Cool them and cut in half.
- Whisk the sweet sour cream in which the chocolates have been melted well and add 3 hardeners for the sweet sour cream.
- Separately whisk the vegetable sweet sour cream and mix half with the sweet sour cream with the chocolates.
- Arrange the crust, the filling with after eight chocolates, the crust, the filling without the chocolates, the crust, the filling with the chocolates and finish with the crust.
- Whisk 200ml of vegetable sweet sour cream, decorate the cake and sprinkle with cocoa.
