Abracadabra cake

Preparation steps
- Biscuit:
- egg yolks and sugar frothy
- Gradually add water and flour to the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly
- at the end lightly stir in the egg whites
- pour into a round cake tin and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
- Stuffing:
- whisk the egg yolks and sugar until foamy
- mix in the made butter and melted chocolate
- add almonds, walnuts, strawberry extract and rum and finally lightly mix the egg whites
- leave the biscuit in the form to cool halve the biscuits dip them in a mixture of warm milk and fruit juice arrange them upright along the edge of the form pour the filling put in the fridge for 6 hours decorate with peeled and chopped fruit pour white cake topping remove from the form
Serving
I make smaller changes to the recipe, for example, I put less sugar because neither I nor the housemates like it very sweet, and instead of fruit juice I put rum to soak the biscuit ... and when decorating I use what I have from the fruit ..
