A simple cake with carob and apple

On Saturdays, when I "get into the housework machine", cakes like this are a salvation. Plus it’s delicious

Preparation steps

  • Mix the dry ingredients, then add them to the beaten eggs, add yogurt and oil and mix everything well. It's easy to blur, so you can manually. Add about 100g of coarsely chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the slurry into a baking tray lined with baking paper and place to bake in an oven preheated to 220C. Reduce to 200C and bake for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle hot with powdered sugar.
  • Cut when cool.
