Rosa Cooking

A bowl full of surprises

Eating without an aperitif is like a book without an introductory word (any other association doesn’t come from me). Along with the drink, you need something to eat. This is something for sour lovers, and they say it also whets the appetite. Of course, it combines well with some homemade salty snacks.

Preparation steps

  • pick fennel (young shoots) and flower or seeds, young rosemary leaves, and add all other ingredients to a suitable container
  • Season with two grains of salt and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir gently and allow the ingredients to soak.

Serving

With pieces of wholemeal bread or some simple snacks and a good aperitif.
