A bowl full of health
seeds are high-calorie foods, but they are not the same calories as those from unhealthy foods .. I immediately feel somehow healthier when I eat something like this :) they are all eco seeds because there was an eco fair in the city, if you want to try the recipe put any, just that they are not fried or salted ..
