A black man without eggs

This is definitely my first real cake. I haven’t started making cakes seriously yet, so this is a very nice first experience for me. I got the recipe from a friend, refined it a bit and got this chocolate delicacy.

Preparation steps

  • Mix the biscuit ingredients with a mixer to get a smooth mixture. At the end of mixing, you can add candied fruit to the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a tin (as in the picture) coated with butter and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Use a knife to check that it is baked (it must be clean when you take it out of the cake). Leave the biscuit to cool.
  • While the biscuit is cooling, melt the butter until boiling, add the chocolate, sugar and milk and stir over low heat to get a smooth mixture. The sugar must dissolve.
  • Pour the prepared icing over the cooled cake. Measures were made for a narrow mold. Original recipe:
