BITTER SWEET CAKE

Preparation steps

  • Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Beat the egg whites firmly, then add sugar and beat again. When we have whipped, add the egg yolks one by one, whisk well and then add the flour with the powder and the cocoa to combine well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  • CREAM Separate 1 and a half decilitres from the milk and whisk in the flour, thickener and sugar so that there are no lumps. Combine all this and cook with the remaining milk until it thickens like a pudding. When it has cooled a bit add margarine and 10 dag of coconut. Fill the cake with this and sprinkle with coconut and cool. Good apetite !
