A black man in a white shirt but a little different :)

I saw here some versions of a black man in a white shirt, but they are all cakes, this one is mine according to my mom's old recipe and bears that name, try it, it's not bad;)

Preparation steps

  • eggs, 10 tablespoons sugar, 200g walnuts, 3 tablespoons flour, raisins, grated chocolate and pretzels mix and bake twice. When the crusts are baked, leave to cool… 6 egg yolks, sugar (4 tbsp.) Beat well, add 6 tbsp. flour and powdered sugar, boil it in 1l of milk, add margarine to the hot filling and mix well (leave to cool)
  • fill: first crust and a row of fillings, the second crust and a row of fillings for the final filling, whisk 6 egg whites with sugar and thus fill the cake, and put melted chocolate over it.
