• Put the peas to boil. At that time, cut the peppers into slices, the carrots into slices, the onion into rings, the garlic into small pieces, and the mushrooms into slices. When the peas are cooked, put them in a blender. Feel free to add a little rosemary to it. Knead the flour, eggs and blended peas and add water as needed (warm water) and a little salt. Roll out the dough and arrange in a pie mold. Put the vegetables and the second row of dough and the vegetables again. Mix the last row a little with the cheese spread and cut the butter into slices. Sprinkle with rosemary. Towards the end of baking, add grated cheese, a little olive oil and homemade cream. And that's it : )
