A ball of cake
If you like peanuts in cookies, you will like them, I personally am not a fan, but this cake is great. The recipe was taken from Serbian Cafe, only I made some changes.
Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, add the peanuts, flour, hazelnuts and baking powder. Bake at 200C for about 15 minutes in a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake two crusts from the mass, soak the cooled crusts with milk.
- Fill Boil milk with sugar. In another bowl, mix the egg yolk with the pudding and a little milk and pour it into the boiling milk (be careful not to clump it if you start lumping, pour hot milk into the yolk mixture, that way it will not clump). Stir half of the margarine into the cooled filling.
- Balls Beat egg yolks with sugar and margarine, add plasma, ground peanuts, chocolate and pour over milk (not all 200ml if necessary). Make balls and leave them in the fridge to set before you start filling the cake. Filling: crust, filling, balls, filling, crust, filling, whipped cream.
