A quick dessert for the afternoon, light and not overly sweet.
Preparation steps
- Cut the panetome into slices and line a domed bowl. Drain 2 oranges and pour the juice over the slices of panetone. In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding one egg, a tablespoon of density and 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar with a little milk and boil in milk as a pudding. Leave to cool and in the cold add the orange cubes.
- Bake the pumpkin in the oven, mix it. Add the cooking cream and sweet whipped cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the pumpkin. Mix everything well and cook on a spatula for a minute. Add a little cinnamon. Put vanilla cream on the folded slices of panettone and pumpkin cream over it. Put thinly sliced slices of panettone on top and cool well
