4 types of wafer cream

I have 4 great wafer creams here. They are very simple and above all delicious. I hope you will like it! :)

Preparation steps

  • ORANGE OR LEMON CREAM: Mix flour, sugar, milk and egg well and cook. Add well-mixed margarine with sugar (250 g) to the cooled mass and add lemon and orange juice. Mix everything together well and fill the wafers.
  • MOCCA CREAM: Mix flour, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla sugar well and cook. Add well-mixed sugar with margarine and ground roasted coffee to the cooled mass. Mix everything together well and fill the wafers.
  • CHOCOLATE CREAM: Beat eggs, sugar and chocolate with a mixer or by hand in a bowl that stands in another larger bowl of water, and the water should boil gently. The mass should be beaten well (20 min.). When the mass is beaten, cool and add margarine. Mix everything well and fill the wafers.
  • HOW TO CREAM: Mix flour, sugar, milk, egg, vanilla sugar well and cook. Add well-mixed sugar (250g), both powder and margarine, to the cooled mass. Mix everything together and fillet the wafers.
