Preparation steps
- YELLOW BISCUITS Mix egg yolks with sugar, gradually add water, oil and flour mixed with baking powder. Shake the biscuit in a baking tin, lined with baking paper (25 x 11 cm).
- Mix cocoa and ground almonds and sprinkle over yellow biscuit.
- WHITE BISCUITS Mix the egg whites and sugar into the snow, gradually add water, oil and finally flour mixed with baking powder. Shake on cocoa and flatten with a spoon.
- Bake at 160 C for about 40 -45 min.
