Preparation steps

  • Soak the chiu with rice milk, add honey, mix well and leave in the fridge overnight. Pour water over the walnuts and leave them to soak overnight.
  • In a blender, slice the bananas and pear. Add soaked walnuts, rice milk, cocoa and Ceylon cinnamon. Mix.
  • In the glass of your choice, first put chia pudding on the bottom and then gently fill the glass with the prepared smoothie to the top.
  • Garnish with slices of banana, walnuts and chocolate drops.
