2 simple ratluk rolls

Simple but so fine. For those who like the taste of coconut or those like me, the taste of sesame :)))

Preparation steps

  • First roll: Lokum (ratluk), which is recommended to be fresh so that it can be kneaded more easily, is mixed with coconut. Then roll it out on nylon foil and compare chopped jellies, chopped walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, whatever you like or have dried grapes soaked in a little water and rum. So we fold it into a roll. Leave in the fridge to set well.
  • Second roll: Bake the sesame a little and then mix it with ratluk. Shape it into a roll and put it in the fridge. Good appetite!
