2 quinoa in soup
Not much needs to be written about quinoa as it is healthy, but it should be included in the diet and enjoy the taste of dishes prepared with it.
Preparation steps
- Saute grated carrots, parsnips and potatoes in oil. Add spices and cover with chicken stock. Cook gently at low temperature for 5 minutes.
- Wash the quinoa under running water, add it to the soup and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. From one egg and semolina make dumplings add to the soup and cook until soft. During cooking, gradually add the chicken stock and determine the density of the broth.
