"14 carat" smoothie
The perfect combination of carrot and pineapple! Smoothie refreshes and certainly nourishes with vitamin C, try it!
Preparation steps
- Put the pineapple in a blender with very little water, so you can mix it.
- Cut the carrots into smaller pieces and add to the blender. Squeeze the juice of one lemon, put a few ice cubes and a spoonful of honey. Mix everything together, gradually adding the rest of the water. If it is difficult to mix, feel free to add a little more water but do not overdo it. Water is in the role of a lighter mix!
Serving
Garnish with lemon zest or mint!
